How you know the durations and Sequencing are not reasonable because GC says he can do in the specified durations?

After I do my BL review & submit my comments, sometimes I feel like I've done the work of what the contractor/schedule sub should be doing instead! (They knowingly have submitted a BL schedule that is still a work in progress just to satisfy the requirement.

What’s happens if the GC will not produce the schedule to level of detail required as they just can’t do it? and they have already started working. they used a consultant to produce the first version for the contract and then stopped using them once they started work.

Can you please talk about # 1 most contended issue during a schedule update review? Which the contractor don't want to fix it and you end up going to dispute resolution.

If the contractor is behind a monthly update and ending up submitting 2 monthly updates for you to review, what do you suggest, a combined review or do the individual review for each of them?
